Ingredients:

Starch, fructose, thickener (E-407), sugar, flavorings, stabilizer (E-339), rennet.

Method of preparation:

1. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass with 250 ml of milk. Heat another 750 ml of milk in a saucepan and when it boils add the previous solution until it boils again.

2. Remove the saucepan for a few seconds from the heat, stirring constantly. Put it back in the fire until it boils.

3. Pour it into the containers and let it stand for 4 hours in the refrigerator. If you do not want the cream layer to form on the surface, cover the tubs with aluminum foil.

Modo de preparación:

1. Disuelva el contenido del sobre en un vaso con 250 ml de leche. Caliente otros 750 ml de leche en un cazo y cuando hierva añádale la disolución anterior hasta que vuelva a hervir.

2. Retire el cazo unos segundos del fuego sin dejar de remover. Colóquelo de nuevo en el fuego hasta que hierva.

3. Viértalo en los recipientes y déjelos reposar 4 horas en el frigorífico. Si no desea que se forme la capa de crema en la superfície, tape las tarrinas con papel de alumínio.
