Made with the best pork, produced naturally from the pork loin and belly, and then mixed with chopped lard, salt and ground pepper.

They are stuffed into natural casings and then allowed to cure slowly to reach their optimal point of healing and flavour. 

Elaborado con la mejor carne de cerdo, producido de forma natural a partir del lomo y la panceta del cerdo, para después mezclarlo con manteca de cerdo troceada, sal y pimienta molida.

Se embuchan en tripa natural y luego se dejan curar lentamente para alcanzar su punto óptimo de curación y sabor.
