How to use: immerse the wood chunks in water for at least 20 minutes; then add them to the glowing charcoal. They can be used on gas or electric barbecues, but using a smoker or placing them on a previously perforated aluminum tray.

MODE OF USE:
Season the salmon for about 45 minutes before cooking.

Place the piece of salmon on the board and fix it with the metal mesh so it is perfectly attached.

Once the fire reaches total capacity, place the board on the edge of the barbecue. If this is not possible, use the additional supports that will anchor it to the grill (it appears in the internal triptych).

The recommended distance is about 15 cm and the time of exposure to the fire will depend on the guests' preferences, ranging between 30 and 60 minutes.

TIP: Before using the board, apply olive oil to it. Tables are reusable.

Una vez el fuego alcance pleno rendimiento, situar el tablero en el borde de la barbacoa. Si no fuese posible, utilizar los soportes adicionales que lo anclarí¡n a la parrilla (aparece en el trí­ptico interior).

La distancia aconsejada es de unos 15 cm y el tiempo de exposición al fuego dependerí¡ de las preferencias de los comensales, oscilando entre 30 y 60 minutos.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Place the tray on top of the barbecue grill and just above the heat source. The tray will begin to release the most delicate aromas of the mixture after 3-5 minutes of being in contact with the heat source. After 15-20 minutes of being in contact with the heat source, it will begin to give off smoke. The smoke will progressively increase its volume until it reaches 35-40 minutes, at which point the entire mixture in the tray will have been charred.
