How is the recommendation calculated? ¿Cómo se calcula la recomendación?
Each paella pan diameter has a different maximum capacity depending on whether the rice layer is fine, medium or generous.
When the requested number of portions does not appear exactly in the original guide, the configurator selects the first available capacity above it. This avoids recommending a pan that could be too small.
The gas burner recommendation uses the exact compatible pan diameters indicated by the manufacturer. Crossed-out diameters are excluded, even when they fall between two compatible sizes. Compatibility is never interpreted as a continuous range.
When one burner is compatible with all three suggested paella pans, it is recommended automatically. Otherwise, the recommendation is based on the selected rice layer.
Cada diámetro de paella tiene una capacidad máxima diferente según se utilice una capa de arroz fina, media o abundante.
Cuando el número de raciones solicitado no aparece exactamente en la guía original, el configurador selecciona la primera capacidad inmediatamente superior. De esta forma evitamos recomendar una paella que pueda quedarse pequeña.
La recomendación del quemador utiliza los diámetros compatibles exactos indicados por el fabricante. Los diámetros tachados quedan excluidos, aunque se encuentren entre dos medidas compatibles. La compatibilidad nunca se interpreta como un rango continuo.
Cuando un solo quemador es compatible con las tres paellas sugeridas, se recomienda automáticamente. En caso contrario, la recomendación se basa en la capa de arroz seleccionada.
