Smoked cheese made from raw or pasteurized cow’s milk from the Rubia Gallega, Parda-Alpina and Friesian breeds and cross-breeds, with a minimum 30-day ripening period. It has a distinctive shape, like a large spinning top, with a flat base and a pointed tip.

Ingredients : 

Pasteurized cow's milk, lactic ferments, microbial rennet, acidity corrector: calcium chloride, salt. Inedible bark, contains preservatives, potassium sorbate e-203, and natamycin e-235)

Queso ahumado artesano elaborado con leche pasteurizada entera de vaca Rubia Gallega, Parda-Alpina y Frisona.

Es un queso semi-curado con sabor suave, de pasta prensada y ahumado con madera de abedúl.

Leche pasteurizada de vaca, fermentos lácticos, cuajo microbiano, corrector de acidez: cloruro cálcico, sal. corteza no comestible, contiene conservantes, sorbato potásico e-203, y natamicina E-235)
